With the current COVID-19 situation, and in the interest of ensuring business continuity, we are pleased to advise that we have successfully implemented our well planned back up crisis actions.
We currently have three quarters of our staff working remotely from their homes, others working from an alternate office location, as well as a limited number of staff working from the office.
Although detailed planning for a potential crisis is one thing, it is quite another to then implement those plans at pace. I am extremely proud of our staff, who have been putting in long hours to ensure we are able to maintain the level of service you require from us with minimal disruption.
We will reassess these arrangements on a regular basis as the situation evolves. We thank you for your understanding and wish you and your families, friends and colleagues good health during these challenging times.
