Michael Hacking
Mr Hacking has more than 30 years experience in the oil industry and has been highly successful in establishing and managing new businesses in competitive markets.
Prior to Mocoh, he was the Managing Director of Vanol International Ltd, an international trading company and then established Engen Petroleum International Ltd, the international division of the integrated downstream South African refining company.
Mr Hacking holds a BA from Cape Town University and an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Maurice Taylor
Mr Taylor is a professional in the field of international trade finance. He has over 18 years experience providing assistance to commodity traders in the management of their companies, banking relations and daily operations.
Prior to his current activity Mr Taylor was a bank officer at BBL, Geneva and Banque Paribas (Suisse) SA, Geneva.
Mr Taylor holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from Brown University, USA.
Philippe de Boccard
Mr de Boccard has been a member of the Bar Association of Geneva since 1972. His areas of expertise include: estate planning, trusts and foundations; business and banking law; corporate law and contracts; and administrative law. He was Assistant Judge of the Administrative Court of Geneva for 20 years. Prior to that he worked for Leon Weil & Mahoney.
Mr de Boccard was educated at University of Geneva and Zurich Law School. He is fluent in French and English.
Margaret Shannon
Ms Margaret Shannon has 23 years experience in the oil industry. Along with Michael Hacking, she is a founding member of the Mocoh Group. Margaret Shannon manages the company compliance and statutory requirements for the Mocoh Group.
Prior to establishing Mocoh in 1998, Margaret Shannon worked at Engen Petroleum UK Ltd, managing the compliance and control systems for the Head Office in Cape Town. Prior to this, she worked at Vanol International Limited, an international trading company.
Wayne Bailey
Mr. Bailey is a qualified CA S.A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the oil industry. He initiated his career in private practice, and in 1990 joined Engen in South Africa in the audit and control unit of Supply & Trading. He then moved to London for Engen to control and audit the international trade of the group. He was also a director of the company.
Mr. Bailey joined Mocoh in 2000 as the Group Financial Controller and heads up the accounting team in London and oversees the group audits.
